Apex Group has moved its Middle East regional headquarters to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Christiane El-Habre, Apex Group’s regional managing director for the Middle East, says: “Apex Group has been a pioneer in this region, and our strong, deep-rooted presence gives us a unique perspective on the opportunities ahead.”
Zafar Ullah Khan, Apex Group country head for Saudi Arabia, adds: “Apex Group has found its footing and has set up its largest operation in the Middle East. We offer an end-to-end solution to support local asset managers, foreign funds and SPVs with services tailored to their individual requirements.”
The move comes amid new regulations introduced in Saudi Arabia that require firms to establish their regional base in the nation or risk losing access to lucrative government contracts – potentially worth billions.
