Eurex announces organisational changes
31 March 2025 Germany

Eurex has introduced a number of organisational changes to support the firm's future growth initiatives.
The first change will see equity/index, fixed income, currency and repo sales along with business development to be combined into two new departments. Eurex says this will improve client experience as well as aid the company's growth.
There will be a number of leadership changes taking place within the firm as well. Randolf Roth will not extend his contract as a member of the Eurex Frankfurt executive board and the Eurex Deutschland management board, after 26 years at the company. However, he will remain on as a strategic adviser to the Eurex executive board.
Following on from the departure of Erik Müller, CEO of Eurex Clearing, the organisation will also be simplified and Robbert Booji will become the head of financial derivatives, overseeing the entirety of financial derivatives trading and clearing.
Commenting on his recent appointment, Booji says: “I am deeply convinced that this new structure will pay off for our customers in many ways, from speeding up product development cycles, to a single client interface and further improved services.
"I extend my thanks to Randolf Roth for his dedicated contributions and I look forward to continuing to work with him in his new role.”
