Linedata acquires NROAD

Linedata has acquired NROAD in a bid to help financial institutions manage unstructured data through AI.
By integrating NROAD, an AI automation specialist which processes unstructured financial data, into Linedata’s portfolio, clients will be able to streamline their operations, reduce costs and improve operational resilience, the companies say.
The acquisition also aims to strengthen Linedata’s presence in the US market through NROAD’s established client base in the region.
