Libre integrates with LayerZero
04 April 2025 US

Libre has integrated with LayerZero, an interoperability protocol for cross-chain communication.
This will enable institutional tokenised funds to exist on the blockchains LayerZero supports, including Ethereum, Solana and Aptos, the companies say.
The integration also aims to make cross-chain liquidity and regulatory compliance easier for investors, as well as bring real-world assets (RWAs) completely on-chain.
Avtar Sehra, co-founder and CEO of Libre Capital, comments: “By leveraging LayerZero’s messaging capabilities and Omnichain Fungible Token standard, we are ensuring that institutional capital can move across chains seamlessly, securely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.”
Co-founder and CEO of LayerZero, Bryan Pellegrino, adds: “Libre is how institutions engage with tokenised assets. LayerZero is excited to provide the infrastructure to make it possible for institutions to use every type of blockspace imaginable.”
