Cubic Property Fund selects Praxis for fund administration

Praxis Fund Services has been appointed as administrator to the Cubic Property Fund (CPF).
Chris Gambrell, Managing Director of Praxis Fund Services Limited said; “Praxis has a strong track record in property fund administration and a reputation for providing innovative solutions to clients.
“We feel our expertise and experience played a key part in our being recommended for the role of administrator to the fund.”
CPF recently raised £25.5 million (€28.8m) from an issue after the property fund moved to Guernsey from Jersey within the Channel Islands.
