The investment management arms of the Neuflize OBC Group, Neuflize OBC Investissements and Neuflize Private Assets, have chosen CACEIS to act as the administrative and accounting manager of their French mutual funds and custodian of mandates.
The business transfer concerns approximately 80 mutual funds and mandates covering assets of €12 billion.
CACEIS, which is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole, already oversees Neuflize OBC Group’s depository bank and custody operations. This agreement means that all of the investment management subsidiaries’ service requirements are centralised with a single provider.
