Clearstream launches Global Issuer Hub

Clearstream has launched its Global Issuer Hub in the run-up to the 50th anniversary next month of the first eurobond issuance by Italian motorway network Autostrade.
In the wake of increasing market demand for ways to issue securities globally—reflected in the growth of the worldwide debt capital market—the firm stated that its hub consolidates all issuance services into one access point.
Marc Kieffer, head of issuance and distribution services at Clearstream, said: “The market has been right to look for more international, holistic and efficient models for securities’ issuance and today we are able to offer this in the form of our Global Issuer Hub. Issuers and investors will now be able to enjoy our global reach, local expertise world wide and full suite of customised services over the entire issuance cycle from admission to distribution and asset servicing.”
