Asset management firm Logan Circle Partners has extended its distribution into global markets using a qualifying investor fund (QIF) umbrella. The service will be serviced out of SEI’s Dublin office.
“The product-spanning design of SEI’s operating platform, as well as its 15 years of experience in the European marketplace, were key factors in our decision to launch a QIF”, commented Jude Driscoll, CEO of Logan Circle.
The expansion builds on the firms’ relationship, which includes SEI servicing Logan Circle’s private funds. In 2013, Logan Circle partnered with SEI Trust Company to create a new investment trust, with SEI serving as the trustee.
John Alshefski, senior vice president of SEI’s investment manager services division, said: “We’re pleased to be able to help Logan Circle expand their business and explore new distribution opportunities in Europe and beyond.”
