Fenergo and Delta Capita establish new client lifecycle managed service offering

Fenergo and Delta Capita have teamed up to establish a new client lifecycle managed service offering.
Fernergo, client lifecycle management technology solutions provider, and Delta Capita, business and technology consulting and managed service provider, will together provide the financial industry with new managed service solutions for solving client on boarding, regulatory compliance, and entity data management challenges.
The partnership allows Fernergo to extend its offerings to Tier 3 and 4 institutions.
Joe Channer, Delta Capita’s CEO, said: “We are delighted to be entering this strategic partnership with Fenergo that will bring a new disruptive service offering to market for helping clients meet their client lifecycle management challenges. The current proprietary approach to managing the client lifecycle is now unsustainable for many medium- and smaller-sized firms.”
Expanding on this, he added: “Clients are seeking to reduce the cost and complexity of ownership and are seeking new disruptive utility-style business models offering industry standardisation based on best practice and mutualised cost benefits.
