Vistra Fund Services expands Guernsey team

Vistra Fund Services (Guernsey) has bolstered its senior management team with two new appointments.
Gail Clark joins Vistra as manager of the recently established corporate fiduciary team.
Having worked in offshore finance for more than 28 years, Clark has knowledge of fund administration, corporate fiduciary, private equity and client relationship management.
Aidan Gallagher joins Vistra as manager from KPMG. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has experience handling complex fund structures.
Vistra provides tailored trust, fiduciary, fund and corporate services.
Patricia White, managing director of Vistra, said: “These new appointments are indicative of the continuing growth of Vistra’s senior team.”
