4Alts selects Sudrania Fund Services

4Alts has selected Sudrania Fund Services to provide fund administration and related services to its multi-manager hedge fund platform.
Sudrania’s solution, Seamless, is SOC2 (Type II) audited software, which offers daily net asset value and has the ability to handle large volumes of transactions and investors as well as managers.
Sudrania has recently launched its new investor platform Common Sub Doc which offers an automated investor option with built-in anti-money laundering/know your customer processing capabilities.
The 4Alts platform was recently established to provide a low-cost solution for emerging managers and investors to access small and niche alternative funds.
