Volante Technologies has launched its latest payments as a service (PaaS) programme, the Volante Experience.

The Volante Experience onboarding packages are tiered similarly to customer relationship management or enterprise resource planning ERP software as a solution (SaaS) platforms.

When utilising the programme, banks can select the tier that best suits their needs, with a focus on simplified onboarding and training rather than complex implementation and customisation, says Volante.

Pricing is publicly available on Volante’s website, allowing customers to calculate the total cost of ownership and return on investment of payments modernisation and to compare outcomes.

Banks of all sizes can start processing payments on the Volante Experience from as little as $40,000 in just 60 days, Volante claims.

Deepak Gupta, global head of PaaS at Volante Technologies, says: “In many areas of financial services, cloud and SaaS are the norm. This is not yet the case in payments, but we are seeing significant uptake of our payments as a service solution.”

He added: “The Volante Experience will now allow banks to enjoy the productivity, cost, and time-to-value benefits of PaaS faster than ever. This is just the start: over time, The Volante Experience will radically simplify every aspect of the customer journey, from onboarding to service operation and support.”

Nick Nadgauda, global head of technology, Citi treasury and trade solutions comments: “ “The move to cloud and the evolution of PaaS represent the future of the business, and Volante is a key piece in making this happen.”
