FundRock names Simon Gunson as UK managing director

FundRock Group has appointed Simon Gunson as managing director of its UK entity, FundRock Partners.

Gunson has 25 years of financial services experience and knowledge of the European funds market and the funds services business.

Prior to joining FundRock, he held senior positions at Citi and JP Morgan within the funds services business and also at Threadneedle Asset Management within the operations and product development functions.

Xavier Parain, group CEO of FundRock said: “We are delighted to have Simon Gunson on board, taking up this key senior role within FundRock Partners. His deep experience in operations and service delivery will be vital as we continue to grow and develop value-added solutions for our clients.”

Commenting on his appointment, Gunson said: “This is a very exciting time to be joining FundRock. I am thrilled to be part of the management of such a dynamic and ambitious group. I am looking forward to working with the teams to ensure impeccable service delivery and steer the UK business to further growth and success.”
