Intertrust has made three new appointments to its funds leadership team, based in Luxembourg.
Allison Whaley has been appointed as head of fund client service for Luxembourg, having joined the firm in March in a client services capacity for Western Europe.
In her new role, Whaley will be responsible for overall client experience and migration to the Intertrust digital platform.
Matt Breuer and Derek Russell join Whaley’s team as client directors from TMF Group and State Street, respectively.
Breuer previously served as head of transfer agent services, as well as in the alternative custody department at BBH.
Russell left State Street after almost a decade, where he most recently served as vice president.
The funds team is completed with Derek Ramage, who was appointed head of fund operations last May, with responsibility for the service delivery and operations of fund clients.
Lee Godfrey, managing director, Western Europe, Intertrust, commented:?“Allison Whaley’s new role and the appointment of the team are part of?Intertrust’s?Western European long-term growth strategy, and our focus on the interactions between our clients and the organisation throughout the client lifecycle.”
“I am confident that, together with her team, Allison is best placed to deliver further improvements which meet, and exceed our clients’ expectations.”?
Whaley added: “I am delighted to be building Intertrust’s client-centric team in Luxembourg. This will further help us drive change, develop an in-depth understanding of our clients across the business, and meet our clients' specific needs and unique opportunities.”
