Launched in July, Throgmorton Compliance Solutions delivers tailored services such as license applications to the Finacial Conduct Authority (FCA), the National Futures Association (NFA)/Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission, compliance monitoring and management services.
Further services include company health checks, regulatory audits, outsourced registered compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer functions, plus options for board liaison and training.
Ferguson has a background in the traditional asset management space, including experience managing operational risk within a quantitative investment manager as well as an “excellent understanding of digital assets and the emerging cryptocurrency industry”.
