Jerome Hoffman takes on newly created role at Broadridge

Broadridge has appointed Jerome Hoffman to the newly created role of head of international partnerships and alliances.
In the new role, Hoffman will focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.
He will create and further develop relationships with firms across the financial services spectrum, including technology vendors and service providers, consultancies, system integrators, market intermediaries and infrastructure providers.
Hoffman reports to Mike Thrower, vice president international account management, and will also work in close collaboration with Ira Newman, Broadridge’s head of global partnerships and alliances.
After joining Broadridge in 2012, Hoffman has financial services expertise across global technology and operations, communications and data and analytics combined with experience in supporting strategic partnerships.
Prior to Broadridge, he held senior business development roles at Harland Financial, SIX Telekurs and Bank of Ireland.
Broadridge says its international business is a significant driver of its overall growth strategy, and Hoffman’s new role will further strengthen the ability of Broadridge and its partners to drive greater collaboration for mutual success.

Elsewhere, Germán Soto Sanchez has been hired as senior vice president of corporate strategy at Broadridge Financial Solutions.
