Apex has appointed Frederic Bilas as CEO and member of the board of directors in Luxembourg.

Bilas joined Apex in 2020 as COO of the Apex Luxembourg business.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the asset servicing, investment funds, commercial and private banking sectors.

Before Apex, Bilas was director of operations and member of the executive committee at the European Fund Administration, and head of securities at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg.

Bilas has also held other senior positions at J.P. Morgan, Euroclear Bank and Accenture.

Commenting on his new appointment, Bilas says: “I look forward to working with my colleagues at Apex Fund Services and the other entities of the group to grow Apex’s presence in the jurisdiction as we continue to invest in our employees and our systems to better serve our clients as both the industry and workplace evolve.”
