Motive Partners appoints Caroline O’Connell

Financial technology firm Motive Partners has appointed Caroline O’Connell as an industry partner.
In her new role, O’Connell will advise the Motive funds' portfolio companies, focusing on the design and execution of marketing, communications, human resources, and procurement strategies.
O’Connell was a member of the operating committee at BNY Mellon and the executive committee of BNY Mellon investment services, where she was the first chief marketing officer.
In addition, O’Connell was the first chief strategy officer and chief marketing officer at BNY Mellon Pershing.
