Fintech solution and service provider Arcus Partners has appointed Brian Schwartz as director of client experience.

Schwartz will be responsible for onboarding and supporting users of Arcus Partners’ cloud-based Finity360 wealth management digital office solutions.

Schwartz has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and technology. Prior to Arcus Partners, he configured and supported middle office software platforms for medium to large insurance firms including Mercer, WR Berkley, and Homesteaders Life.

Schwartz also held retail brokerage sales and service, operations, compliance, business analytics, and IT support roles at small to medium-sized broker-dealers including Jordan Creek Financial Solutions and Broker Dealer Financial Services.

Commenting on his new role, Schwartz says: “I am really impressed with how its Finity360 applications fill the technology and data gaps to quickly achieve greater efficiencies and cost savings across the digital office, and I look forward to helping firms deliver exceptional advisor and client experiences.”

Gerry Murphy, CEO of Arcus Partners, comments: “We are excited that Brian has joined our growing team. His rich experience in financial services, operations, compliance and cloud technology will be instrumental in helping firms understand and overcome their workflow challenges and turn their digital office visions into realities.”
