Valerija Bezak Kecerin departs Zagrebacka banka

The Croatia-based Central Depository & Clearing Company (also known as SKDD d.d.) has appointed Valerija Bezak Kecerin as managing director of operations and legal affairs.

Kecerin previously served at Croatia’s largest bank Zagrebacka banka as head of custody, a position she held from February 2009 to July 2022.

Prior to her role as head of custody, Kecerin was Zagrebacka banka’s GSS relationship manager from 2004 to 2009.

Owned by UniCredit group, Zagrebacka banka was one of the first banks to be listed at the Zagreb Stock Exchange in 1995.
