Paul Ellis takes on new role at HSBC

HSBC has appointed Paul Ellis as global product head of its securities services division.
In the Ireland-based role, Ellis will oversee ESG, regulation, tax, trustee, and depositary services.
Ellis has served HSBC securities services for more than 19 years, most recently as global product head of regulation, tax, trustee, and depositary services.
Prior to joining HSBC, Ellis was head of fund administration at financial services company SEI, and a senior account manager at Dutch bank, Fortis.
