RBC Investor and Treasury Services (RBC I&TS) has appointed Cesar Rainusso as global head of client success.

Rainusso will lead an end-to-end client experience team, focused on post-sale client onboarding, technical integration, client support, and service oversight. He will be based in Toronto, and will report to Francis Jackson, CEO of RBC I&TS.

Rainusso has more than 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as managing director of the Canadian customer sales and service practice at technology company Accenture, where he began his career as a strategy manager. He also spent more than eight years with BMO Financial Group.

Jackson comments: “Differentiating RBC Investor Services through exceptional digital and human experiences is central to our growth strategy. Cesar’s skills and experience of digital transformation, and his deep understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional front-to-back client experience, will be key to achieving our goals.”
