Delta Capita, a global capital markets consulting, managed services and technology provider, has welcomed Riddhi Sen as its new head of data.
In this London-based role, Sen brings more than a decade of financial services experience, spanning across consulting and industry positions.
Her experience includes leading data transformation across multiple global financial services clients, as well as building data advisory capabilities.
Sen joins the firm from Capco, where she served as management consultant from 2016 to 2022. Prior to this, Sen held a number of positions across Ignite Labs, CIBC, Sun Life Financial and Bell Mobility.
The appointment of a new head of data underlines Delta Capita’s continued focus and investment in its global consulting business, and its overall mission to reinvent the financial services value chain, according to Delta Capita.
The consulting business exists to create long-term partnerships with financial services clients, design and deliver the change that they need, and develop new businesses that will meet their future needs.
Commenting on the new hire, Steve Hargreaves, UK head of consulting at Delta Capita, says: “Riddhi is a true data expert and an outstanding consulting leader. She has earned a very strong reputation for partnering with clients to understand how data can unlock innovative solutions to complex business problems.
“She also understands the importance of creating a great place to work through investing in our people and building market-leading teams.”
Sen adds: “I am tremendously proud and excited to be joining the Delta Capita team at such an exciting time in the company’s growth journey. I am confident that our data capability, backed by our strong financial services foundation and committed investment in technology, will enable our clients to achieve tangible, measurable business results.”
