Crestbridge has appointed Anthony Lee as director, UK head of corporate services, as the business looks to enhance its corporate service proposition for the UK market.

Lee will play a key role in further developing Crestbridge’s existing services and solutions for its corporate clients, including pre-IPO support, accounting, governance and depositary services for real estate investment trusts and other investment companies.

Lee has an extensive career spanning almost 30 years in finance, governance and business management. He has specialised in the provision of bespoke outsourced support services to investment companies following equity, real estate, infrastructure, renewables, fund-of-funds and debt strategies.

Prior to joining Crestbridge, Lee was UK head of listed funds at global corporate and fund administration services provider Apex Group, where he played a key role in the development of its UK listed fund solutions.

Martin Lambert, group head of corporate and capital markets, says: “We are continuing to evolve our services for the UK corporate market, as demand grows from our clients for expert outsourced support in an increasingly complex environment.

“Anthony’s appointment reflects our commitment to further expanding our capabilities. His knowledge and experience in the UK listed funds space will be a hugely valuable addition to our senior team.”

Lee adds: “Crestbridge has a clear vision to bring expert solutions to the corporate sector in the UK. I am looking forward to working with colleagues across the group to help drive our proposition forward and continue to develop our comprehensive platform for the UK market.”
