FIS has appointed Euan Drysdale as a product manager for its corporate action suite, based in Edinburgh.

Drysdale has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services field, beginning his career in the operations field. He joins the fintech company from Capco, where he was a senior asset management consultant for more than seven years.

Prior to this he spent almost a decade at HSBC, initially as a fund administrator and later as a business analyst.

The appointment follows recent changes to FIS’ board, with Jeffrey Goldstein named as independent chairman and newly-appointed FIS CEO Stephanie Ferris replacing Gary Norcross as a member of the board.
