Apex has appointed Niall Pritchard as senior executive officer and country head of its Abu Dhabi office.

Pritchard was previously managing director of Apex Group (UK). Prior to this, he also served as chief operating officer and operations manager at the company.

Prior to Apex, Pritchard was fund administration manager at The Share Centre, an independent UK retail stockbroker, based in Buckinghamshire.

Commenting on his new role via LinkedIn, Pritchard says: “Pleased to announce my new role as senior executive officer/country head of our Abu Dhabi Office. [...] Looking forward to helping our team in MENA continue to grow and thrive alongside my new colleagues in the region, as well as the team in Abu Dhabi who have made me most welcome.”

In June 2022, Pritchard spoke to Asset Servicing Times about the changes Brexit has brought to the funds space, and the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s consultation on ‘side pockets’ for retail funds in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Read the interview here.
