Alex Hase swaps SimCorp for Fenergo

Alex Hase has joined client lifecycle and customer journey management firm Fenergo as a regional director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and managing director of Fenergo Germany.
In the role, Hase will be responsible for the company’s growth in the region. He will be based in Fenergo’s German office, where the company has recently established a legal entity to act as its DACH hub.
Hase has almost 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He joins Fenergo from SimCorp, where he was vice president of sales and account management before becoming head of customer experience in 2020. Prior to this, he held sales and account management positions at Thomson Reuters and NASDAQ OMX.
Commenting on his appointment via LinkedIn, Hase says: “I would like to thank all colleagues who have been involved, for the support and the trust in me. My team and I will help financial institutions to optimise their know-your-customer processes and with that, driving efficiencies of their customer lifecycle management.”
