Proxymity has appointed James Creely to head of EMEA operations at the firm’s London office.

Creely brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry to the role. He joins Proxymity from a 12-year term at J.P. Morgan, where he was most recently vice president.

Prior to this, Creely spent 9 years within BNY Mellon’s corporate actions division.

Commenting on his appointment via LinkedIn, Creely says: “The past 12 years have been exciting, challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people. I’m looking forward to this new chapter in my career.”
