Rajeev Uberoi to lead PIVOT’s new division

Management consulting company PIVOT has appointed Rajeev Uberoi as consulting director of its new governance and compliance advisory services division.

Based in India, PIVOT offers consulting services across Asia and the Middle East including business strategy, capital markets infrastructure and governance and compliance.

Uberoi has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry, specialising in governance, risk and compliance. He joins from IDFC FIRST Bank, where he has been general counsel and group head of legal and compliance since 2009.

Throughout his career, Uberoi has held a number of senior roles including regional head of operational risk for India and South Asia at Standard Chartered bank and head of regulatory at Citi.
