AccessFintech has appointed Pardeep Cassells as global head of buy-side customer experience.

In her new role, Cassells will be tasked with supporting the company’s buy-side service provision and heading the customer solutions and success teams.

Cassells has been with AccessFintech since 2019, most recently serving as head of securities and claims products. She is also a member of HM Treasury’s accelerated settlement taskforce and sits on the Fintech Scotland advisory board.

Prior to joining AccessFintech, Cassells spent more than nine years with BNP Paribas. She held a number of roles at the company, becoming a manager for trade processing and third-party relationships in 2018.

Commenting on her appointment via LinkedIn, Cassells says: “Supporting our growing client base has been one of my favourite things to do over the last four years, so I'm thrilled to start working more closely with our buy-side community and ensuring their experience — from the very first meeting through to ongoing, successful value extraction — is everything it should be!”
