Institutional and private client service provider JTC has appointed Paul Fosse (pictured) and Cameron Vail as group directors for fund services and banking and treasury respectively.
Fosse has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and has been with JTC since 2020. He has been promoted from senior director, before which he was director of banking for the commercial office.
Prior to this, Fosse was a director at IT services provider BankClarity and a business development manager at Infrasoft Technologies. He is based in Jersey.
Vail joined JTC in 2013 as a fund development analyst at SALI Fund Services, and has served as chief operating officer for the past three years. Before joining the company, he was an ISS procurement manager at IT firm Hewlett-Packard. He is based in Austin, Texas.
More than 100 JTC employees spanning 12 jurisdictional teams have changed roles as part of the company’s mid-year promotions. Abi Holland, Cécile Methlin and Oana-Jeanina Astilean have all been appointed senior directors, in the fund and corporate services, finance and corporate services divisions respectively.
Commenting on the appointments, Wendy Holley, chief operating officer at JTC, says: “The mid-year promotions reflect the ongoing achievements of our employees, who have been acknowledged across our US, European, African and Asian operations.
“[The promotions] also emphasise the importance of our shared ownership culture, our vision to succeed and our commitment as a business in supporting the professional development and career aspirations of all JTC employees.”
