Stuart Watson joins Ogier

Ogier Global has appointed Stuart Watson as a UK director.
In the role, Watson will lead the growth of Ogier’s corporate and fiduciary services offerings in the UK.
Watson has more than 10 years of industry experience and joins the company from Wilmington Trust, where he has been head of corporate services since 2021.
Before this, he was head of European company secretariat teams and relationship manager for structured finance transactions in global capital markets at the firm.
Commenting on his appointment, Watson says: “For an international legal and professional services firm like Ogier, London is a key jurisdiction.
“I’m excited to be able to bring new options to Ogier’s clients and partners as they look for creative and reliable solutions in an ever more complex environment.”
