ISITC announces formation of Executive Leadership Committee

ISITC has announced the formation of its new Executive Leadership Committee (ELC).
The ELC consists of Erica Borghi, Jason Brasile, Jocelyn Flaherty and Lisa Iagatta. In their new positions, the ELC will act as executive sponsors of various initiatives, serving as subject matter experts, and undertaking other vital roles.
Borghi was former ISITC chair of the board and is currently a partner at EMR Consulting Partners.
Brasile is currently in the position of vice president of product management at State Street, having previously served on the ISITC board of directors.
Flaherty, director of Business Event Marketing for DTCC, who has been a member of ISITC since 2001, served four terms on the ISITC board of directors, and served in an officer role as secretary.
Iagatta, director of operations at WisdomTree, a member of the investment community since 1991, served as chair of the Board from 2019 through 2021.
This committee will work closely with the board of directors, supporting ISITC's network of working groups, forums, task forces, and staff.
Rich Robinson, chair of ISITC, says: “We are thrilled to establish the Executive Leadership Committee, which represents a significant step towards enhancing our operational effectiveness and fostering innovation within the industry. The ELC members bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to our mission, making them ideally positioned to help lead our strategic initiatives."
