SIX’s Bayley appointed board member at SWIFT

Laura Bayley, head of clearing services at SIX, has been appointed as a board member at SWIFT.
Bayley has worked at SIX since 2016, and at SIX x-clear since 2020, where she is responsible for regulatory and strategic topics within the clearing market.
Bayley comments: “It is a great pleasure to have been chosen to join the SWIFT board. In this position, I will contribute my experience to the smooth running of this important organisation for the benefit of the global financial system, and I look forward to working with the other SWIFT Board members”.
Bayley began her career as a lawyer in Switzerland before joining SIX as assistant to head markets and clients.
Bayley has worked at SIX since 2016, and at SIX x-clear since 2020, where she is responsible for regulatory and strategic topics within the clearing market.
