TMF Group has appointed Dan Thomas, Kevin Bulmer and Samir Pandiri to its executive committee.
Thomas joins as chief commercial officer from KPMG UK where he had been serving on the executive committee. He previously served as head of corporates and head of markets at the firm. In his new role, Thomas will be responsible for the company’s client relationship management.
Bulmer becomes head of operations and technology and will lead client service, with investment in strong global digital solutions. He worked most recently at Robert Walters where he was responsible for their technology strategy.
Pandiri joins as region head for the Americas, British Isles, Ireland and Luxembourg. He has held leadership roles at BNY, JP Morgan Chase, Broadridge and Apex Group, specialising in funds and capital markets services.
Mark Weil, CEO of TMF Group, states: “We want to push ourselves to be better, both in our commitment to flawless service and in how we partner with our clients. The combined leadership talent TMF Group now brings — housed in a simpler structure for serving clients — will help to ensure TMF Group is the best way for our clients to manage their multinational administration, confidently and compliantly.”
The appointments will join in January 2025.
