Ogier has welcomed Dennis Li as its latest funds and digital assets partner in Hong Kong.

In his new appointment, Li will assist clients across a number of funds, including private equity and cryptocurrency funds and virtual assets.

He will further advise investment managers and financial institutions on maintenance and regulatory compliance of funds and divestments.

Prior to joining the company, Li held a number of positions at CCB International, the investment banking division of China Construction Bank, and Huobi Technology Holdings, where he acted as senior legal counsel.

Commenting on the appointment, head of investment funds in Asia at Ogier, Nicholas Plowman, states: "[Li] draws on his strong legal background in international funds, and his invaluable experience working in-house, to provide clients with excellent practical and commercial support."
