TMF Group has welcomed two new senior leadership hires to its Financial Services organisation, covering funds and capital markets services.
Aman Bahel joins the company as the global head of fund services, effective March 2025, while Michael Moffitt has been named as global head of capital markets services.
Bahel most recently served as group head, business development at Apex Group, and has held a number of leadership positions within global financial services at firms including Deutsche Bank and Citigroup.
He comments: “I am thrilled to be joining TMF Group. Asset managers increasingly need operating scale and a truly global presence to enable their growth. I’m excited to join and contribute to TMF Group’s success in bringing their immense capabilities to clients.”
Moffitt has served at TMF Group for over eight years, holding a wealth of experience in the capital markets services and business development sector. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the firm’s partnership with its global capital markets clients.
On his appointment, Moffitt states: “My journey at TMF Group has been incredibly rewarding, and I am excited to take on more responsibility in driving the firm’s success in capital markets.”
Mark Weil, CEO of TMF Group, concludes: “With [Bahel] joining our Fund Services team we are adding great expertise and insight, strengthening our ability to serve our asset manager clients. Equally, [Moffitt’s] appointment within our Capital Markets team underscores his outstanding contribution over his years with TMF Group, as well as our commitment to fostering talent and supporting career growth.”
