CSC has expanded its funds and capital markets (FCM) division with the arrival of two new leadership hires.
John Hebert will expand his current leadership role to include funds, moving from executive vice president and president of global capital markets (GCM) to become the executive vice president and president of the FCM division.
Hebert will be responsible for leading CSC’s product offering and innovations to clients across asset classes, structures, and regions. Prior to his current position, he acted as president of CSC’s global financial markets business, where he oversaw the company’s global expansion.
Venkat Srinivasan enters a new role as global head of funds and enterprise capabilities. Here he will be expected to lead service operations and technology developments of CSC’s funds business.
Srinivasan joined CSC in 2022, prior to which he served as co-head of the funds business at Intertrust Group. He brings a host of financial services and funds experience to his new position.
Rod Ward, president and CEO of CSC, comments: "We are excited to welcome [Herbert] and [Srinivasan] into their new roles as we continue to drive growth across our core markets. They have already demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities at CSC, and together will be invaluable in setting the strategic direction for our FCM business.”
