Conover comes to Broadridge

Larry Conover has been welcomed by Broadridge to act as vice president, special advisor for proxy and corporate actions.
Conover has worked within the financial services industry for more than 25 years, making him an expert in proxy and corporate actions. He joins from Fidelity Investments, where he served as vice president for the operations and services groups during his 18-year tenure at the company.
Based in New York, Conover’s new role will see him supporting Broadridge’s industry initiatives and strengthening key client relationships. He will report to Swatika Rajaram, senior vice president and head of US proxy and post sale.
