IDR hires Skorzewski

IDR has welcomed Kevin Skorzewski as senior commercial development director, in a move to strengthen its global commercial presence.
Skorzewski brings a wealth of experience in alternative and traditional investment management strategies to his new role, having worked within a number of firms including HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and Bear Stearns. Prior to joining IDR, Skorzewski led BNY’s alternative asset managers business as the head of US business development.
Based in New York, Skorzewski will be expected to drive IDR’s commercial growth, with a focus on building and strengthening strategic client relationships.
Skorzewski comments: “IDR is uniquely positioned to address this industry-wide challenge, streamlining private markets access for investors while providing managers with a scalable, ‘one-and-done’ solution for onboarding and ongoing AML compliance. I’m excited to be a part of the team bringing this much-needed solution to the marketplace."
