Natixis CIB welcomes King as new senior hire

Janet King has become the managing director and head of strategic equity capital markets (SECM) Americas for Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (Natixis CIB).
As head of SECM Americas, King will lead the firm's SECM development across the region and oversee the execution of all SECM transactions, including equity financing, primary equity, and volatility-based solutions.
She holds more than 25 years of structured capital markets and product innovation experience, which she acquired during her tenure at firms including Coinbase and BNP Paribas. King joins the company from Santander Capital Markets, where she acted as managing director of the strategic equity solutions division.
