NeoXam has appointed Mark Johnson as the managing director of the UK, Ireland, and Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions.

In this role, Johnson will oversee all operations and go-to-market initiatives across these regions, with a particular focus on accelerating growth in the South African market.

He holds over two decades of experience in the financial software space and has deep knowledge of leading teams based in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Commenting on his appointment, Johnson says: "NeoXam’s commitment to innovation and client success aligns perfectly with my vision for driving growth and delivering value in the financial software sector.

“I look forward to working with the talented teams in these regions to help our clients overcome their most pressing data management and reporting challenges.”

Reporting to NeoXam CEO Florent Fabre, Johnson will also join the group’s executive committee.

Fabre adds: “Mark’s extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of global financial software markets make him the ideal person to lead our operations in the UK, Ireland and the MEA.

“His strategic vision and client-centric approach will be invaluable as we continue our global expansion and strengthen our position in key growth regions, in particular South Africa, where he will be running and further developing our business in this region.”
