UniCredit’s head of global transaction banking, Marco Bolgiani, is leaving his role at the end of November.
Olivier Khayat, deputy head of corporate and investment banking, will temporarily take over the role, in addition to his current responsibilities.
Jean Pierre Mustier, head of UniCredit corporate and investment banking, said: "I would like to thank Bolgiani for his contribution to the development of the transaction banking activities of UniCredit.”
Commenting on his additional role, Khayay said: "Global transaction banking is a strategic activity for UniCredit. It underpins the strength and quality of our client offering, and is particularly well matched to the new regulatory environment. I will work with all our teams to further broaden our product range and ensure an even closer proximity to our clients."
