Sooraj Sreenivasan succeeds Gina Slotosch as head of TA for HSBC

Sooraj Sreenivasan is the new global head of Transfer Agency and Distribution Support for HSBC Securities Services, effective from 1 March 2013.

He will be based in Singapore and report directly to Ian Stephenson, global head of Fund Services for HSBC Securities Services

Previously in the role was Gina Slotosch, who was appointed as head of global custody product management for the bank in September 2012.

Sreenivasan will focus on developing transfer agency and distribution product capabilities and improving the client experience.

“His deep product knowledge, experience and his exposure to the Asian markets will be beneficial in driving the strategic agenda of our product. The development and support of cross border fund distribution is a key part of our UCITS offering and
Sooraj will work with the team to build and deliver market leading capabilities in this space,” said Stephenson in a memo.
