Deutsche Bank has recruited Sriram Iyer, a 16-year Deutsche Bank veteran, to the role of global head of Trust & Agency Services (TAS) within its Global Transaction Banking division.

TAS provides trustee, agency, escrow and related services to corporate clients, government agencies and financial institutions around the world.

Sriram Iyer has been based in Dubai as head of GTB MENA since 2010. He was previously based in Singapore—initially as COO for GTB Asia Pacific and later as Asia regional head for TAS.

As global head of TAS, Iyer will be based in London and will report to Satvinder Singh, global head of Trust & Securities Services and Cash Management for Financial Institutions. Iyer’s successor will be announced in due course.
