Foreign exchange software and services provider MarketFactory has recruited Steve Toland as vice president of sales.
The new role will focus on propelling the global expansion of MarketFactory’s market access and limit monitoring technologies, which have experienced doubling customer numbers for each of the last three years.
Toland joins from LMAX where he was head of LMAX Interbank and was critical in building institutional liquidity. Prior to that, he held senior roles at ICAP, EBS and Thomson Reuters.
James Sinclair, CEO of MarketFactory, commented: “Toland will be instrumental in taking MarketFactory to the next level and ensuring we deliver the best customer experience.”
