Noah Wortman, COO of Goal Group in the Americas, has been appointed to the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Shareholder Responsibilities Committee (SHREC).

ICGN is an investor-led organisation made up of governance professionals based across more than 50 countries. The network intends to inspire and promote standards of corporate governance and advance international markets and economics. It celebrated its 20-year anniversary this year.

Co-chairs of the Shareholder Responsibilities Committee, Niels Lemmers of the Dutch Shareholders' Association and Carol Nolan Drake of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, said: “Noah Wortman is an expert when it comes to shareholder engagement and responsibilities in a global environment.”

“We welcome his full participation and deep experience to the SHREC. Our committee is one of many ICGN committees with a robust agenda for the year. SHREC members meet monthly to advance the dialogue and collaboration for shareholder responsibilities as investors in global markets.”
