GFT has hired Manish Neoliya as a principal consultant in risk practice.

Neoliya specialises in risk reduction and improving business processes in both the front and back offices, and also has experience in trading equities, listed and over-the-counter derivatives, and structured products.

Previously, he was an equity exotics trader at RBS Global Banking & Markets.

John Barclay, head of the GFT risk practice, said: “[Neoliya] is a proactive, performance-driven professional, with a proven track record of improving business processes right across the bank. His experience extends to scenario matrix analysis, stress testing, risk analysis and risk management and he will be a great addition to the team.”
