Carey Olsen promotes duo to partner

Carey Olsen has promoted Natasha Kapp and Tony Lane to partner, bringing the law firm’s total number partners to 45 across the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey.
Kapp joined the fiduciary practice as senior associate in 2009. She is responsible for dealing with all aspects of fiduciary law and regulation as well as contentious and non-contentious trusts issues and non-contentious insurance matters.
Lane joined the corporate team in Guernsey as senior associate in 2008. He advises on a range of corporate matters with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds.
