BNP Paribas Securities Services (BNP Paribas) has reorganised globally, introducing a business-line and regional orientated organisation which reflects the increasingly global needs of its clients and the company itself.
Four global business lines have been created to develop and deliver optimum solutions and operations across the Securities Services network.
Asset and fund services, headed by Philippe Ricard
Clearing and custody services, headed by Alain Pochet
Corporate trust services, headed by Alain Pochet
Market and financing services, headed by Florence Bonnevay
Business line heads will report directly to Patrick Colle, CEO of BNP Paribas Securities Services. A client development team has been created to manage business development by client segment and by region.
The six client segment heads and eight regional managers are under the management of Charles Cock, who reports to Patrick Colle. They will work together in close collaboration with the business lines to define the evolving strategy and product mix for their target clients across multiple markets. Client segments
